Welcome App
The Swan and Dolphin hotel has recently introduced a Welcome App, designed to ensure you’re fully up to speed with your surroundings and to allow you to ask any questions you may have regarding the resort. The app will instantly update you with the latest theme park opening hours, recreational activities around the resort, transportation, maps and anything else you need to ensure a stress-free trip.

Dining
The Swan and Dolphin offers a vast array of cuisine options to please every set of taste buds. You’ll be able to choose from 17 on-site restaurants and lounges, all of which offer a variety of global dishes and fine wines. You may even be joined by your favourite Disney characters, making the resort’s restaurants a guaranteed hit with the kids. Those of legal age may also enjoy the resort’s new Social Hour, held during the Dolphin lobby on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 5pm to 7pm. You’ll be able to try two great tasting wines for just $5!

Kids’ Entertainment
Kids are bound to love the activities at Camp Dolphin – the on-site entertainment facility for children between 4 and 12. The fun-filled club provides supervised activities while you enjoy some time alone between 5:30pm and 12:00am. Programs include arts and crafts, games, movies and themed activities with the opportunity to win prizes or souvenirs.
Plus, if you enjoy a meal at Shula’s Steak House, Todd English’s Bluezoo or Il Mulino New York Trattoria, your child will be entitled to two hours complimentary time at Camp Dolphin, worth $20! Simply bring your dining receipt as proof of purchase when collecting your child.
You may want to take advantage of the new Disney Fastpass+. This allows hotel guests to reserve their ideal entry times to exciting attractions around the Walt Disney World Theme Parks up to 60 days in advance.

When you book your transportation from the airport to Swan & Dolphin Resort with STAR TRANS-VIP you know you are in good hands.
We are a fully licensed and insured Orlando Airport transportation provider.
We have a great reservation department which will answer any questions and help you reserve your transfer from MCO to Disney's Swan & Dolphin Resort.
As soon as you place your reservation, a confirmation will be sent to the email address on file. This email will contain: contact information, pick-up date and time, flight details, rates and airport pick-up instructions.

ORLANDO AIRPORT PICK-UP | MEET & GREET: Your driver will meet you at the baggage claim area with a sign. If you can not locate your driver, please call 855 6565 847 and our operator will assist you. Upon arriving at your destination, all payments can be made by cash or credit/debit card to your driver. If your flight is international, you'll first need to clear customs. Because airport regulations prohibit drivers waiting extended periods inside the airport, simply call the toll-free number provided in the confirmation email when you're through customs. We'll contact your driver and he will meet you at the baggage claim area within 10-15 minutes.
