THE RESERVATION PROCESS

We are available by telephone or email to answer all your questions and provide you with accurate quotes. We'll assist you with reservations for transfer from Orlando International Airport or Port Canaveral and Cocoa Beach to your hotel or resort.

As soon as you make your reservation, we'll send a confirmation via email. There you'll find the details of your flight, the date and time of your scheduled pick-up. We'll confirm your rate and include additional contact information for you.
As part of the reservation process, we will ask for a credit card. This is for confirmation or cancellation only; your card will not be charged (unless requested). Payment is not required until the day of service. The day od the transfer, your driver will be happy to accept payment with cash, credit, debit card, or travelers' check.

PICK-UP FROM HOTEL / RESORT

Your driver will meet you by the lobby of your hotel / resort with a greeting sign.
15 min of waiting time will be provided free of charge. Additional 15 min - $15.00 Transportation from Orlando to Port Canaveral cruise terminals and from Orlando to Cape Canaveral & Cocoa Beach have to be booked at least 24 hours in advance. Orlando to Port Canaveral shuttle is a PRIVATE shuttle service from Orlando to Port Canaveral.

PICK-UP FROM THE PORT

The port authority does not allow vehicles inside the port if not loading/unloading. Your driver will be waiting for you at the designated area right outside of the port. So as soon as you leave your ship, call us at 855 6565 847. If there's no cell phone available, call from the ship just before disembarking ‒ and if you're traveling from another country, use the toll-free number in your email confirmation.

As soon as we receive your call, we'll page your driver. He'll enter the port immediately and meet you at the commercial pick-up area. You'll know him by the sign he's holding ‒ it will have your name on it.

We recommend to schedule your pick-up from the port not later than 10:00 AM. If you have an early flight, the driver can pick you up as early as 7:00AM. Earlier than scheduled exit from a cruise ship does not guaranty immediate pick up and will be handled on a first come first served basis.
