A credit card is required to hold the reservation, but no charges will be made unless requested. You may pay the driver on the day of service using cash, card, or traveler’s check.
For changes or cancellations, simply reply to your confirmation email.
Your driver will meet you in the hotel lobby with a sign. The first 15 minutes of wait time is free. Additional 15 minutes is $15.
Reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All services are private.
Once you disembark, call us at 855-656-5847 or use the toll-free number in your confirmation. Your driver will enter the port and meet you in the designated pickup area with a sign.
We recommend scheduling port pickup no later than 10:00 AM. If you have an early flight, we can pick you up as early as 7:00 AM. Earlier departures are handled on a first-come, first-served basis.
