From MCO to Port Canaveral

To make a reservation, please visit our website and fill out the reservation form. For round-trips, submit two separate reservations. A detailed confirmation will be emailed, including your flight details, date and time, route, price, and pickup instructions.

A valid credit card is required to confirm and hold the reservation. It will not be charged unless requested. You may pay your driver in cash or with the card on file. If you prefer to prepay, request a credit card authorization.

Orlando Airport Pick-Up

Your driver will meet you at baggage claim with a greeting sign. If you cannot locate them, call the number provided in your confirmation.

For international flights, please allow up to 1–2 hours to clear customs. Once through, call the toll-free number and your driver will meet you within 10–15 minutes.

Travel time from Orlando International Airport (MCO) to Port Canaveral is 45 minutes to 1 hour.

Shuttle service must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. We recommend booking at least 2 weeks ahead during cruise season.

Port Canaveral Pick-Up

The port authority does not allow waiting vehicles. Your driver will be nearby in a holding area. Once you disembark, call the number in your confirmation. Your driver will arrive at the pickup zone within 10–15 minutes with a sign.

Schedule your pickup no later than 10:00 AM. Early flights? We can pick up as early as 7:00 AM. If you exit the ship early, wait times may apply.
