KIA Center Bag Policy

Only small bags such as purses or baby bags are allowed inside the KIA Center. All bags and items are subject to security screening at the entrances. Large bags, backpacks, and coolers are prohibited and must remain in your vehicle, as no personal storage lockers are available on-site.

Events at the KIA Center

The KIA Center hosts thrilling sports action year-round, including Orlando Solar Bears hockey, Orlando Predators arena football, and NBA games featuring the Orlando Magic. It also features a diverse lineup of concerts and special events throughout the year.

The box office is located on Church Street in Downtown Orlando, open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and for three hours before events. Please note, phone orders are not accepted at the box office, but tickets can be purchased by calling Ticketmaster at 800-745-3000 or at the ticket kiosks adjacent to Box Office window #1.
