ORLANDO INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT (MCO) GUIDE
AIRSIDE - Airside buildings house a number of gates, several gourmet markets, restaurants, jewelry, electronics abd gift shops to make the wait for
your flight a little more pleasant.
LANDSIDE - The Landside Terminal, the main passenger terminal, houses ticket counters and baggage claim areas. It is divided into two terminals (A and B), which are mirror images of each other. Landside building has 3 levels:
Level 3 - security checkpoints and monorail access to the Airside Terminals, as well as passenger drop-off and airline check-in desks; all of these are divided between the A and B sides. Shops, restaurants, bars are located in the middle of the building, between the A and B sides. The lobby of the Hyatt Regency Orlando Airport hotel is also located on the third level.
*** Transportation companies are not allowed to wait for their clients on the 3rd level.
Level 2 is the Baggage Claim level. Passengers arrive on Level 3, but have to go down to Level 2 to claim their luggage. Belts are located on both A and B sides; to determine which side your bags can be found, look to see which side your gate was on. Overhead signs on level 3 will tell you on which side your bags will be delivered, and overhead signs on Level 2 will direct you to the specific belt where your flight's bags will appear.
*** Your driver will meet you at the baggage claim with a sign. Outside the glass doors on Level 2 is the pick-up area (for locals only). Transportation companies are not allowed to pick-up their clients on the second floor, but have to park their vehicles on the ground level.
Level 1 is Orlando Airport Ground Transportation level.
*** Here your driver will park the vehicle. Bus drivers are not allowed to leave their vehicles unatended. We do not offer Meet & Greet to large groups. When you receive your luggage, please call 855 6565 847 and let the dispatcher know you are ready to leave. The driver will enter the airport, park the bus on the ground transportation level and wait for you to arrive.
